Janet Zhou is the Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development (ZIMCODD). Prior to this role, she served as the Programmes Director for ZIMCODD. She also served as ZIMCODD’s Southern Regional Programmes Officer.
Janet holds a Master of Science in International Relations and Bachelor of Science Degree in Politics and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe amongst other professional qualifications. Janet is highly experienced with 14 years’ experience in the NGO sector both at national and SADC level.

Joyce Mutsau is the Finance and Administration Manager for the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development (ZIMCODD). Before joining ZIMCODD in December 2018, she served as Finance Officer with FHI360 Zimbabwe.
As the ZIMCODD Finance and Administration Manager, she is responsible for the overall financial management and administration of ZIMCODD. She oversees the budgetary processes, implementation of policies as well as monitoring compliance with both Funding Partners regulations and local laws.

John Maketo is the Programmes Manager at the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development (ZIMCODD). John holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies and B.A Honors Degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University.
John possesses twelve (12) years working experience in the NGO and civil society sector in Zimbabwe with bias in economic governance issues in particular public finance management, anticorruption work in public and private sector working with parliament, media and civil society.

Angellah Mandoreba is the Campaigns Officer at the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development. She holds an Honours Degree in English and Communication from Midlands State University. She has media and communication experience which she gained when she worked for the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation and the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.

Muchanyara Midzi is the Research & Evidence Officer for the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development. Before joining ZIMCODD, she worked as a Research & Business Development Executive at a Systems Management Consulting firm where she draws 8 years of experience in research, organisation development, monitoring, evaluation and learning in development work. Muchanyara holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the Women’s University in Africa amongst other professional qualifications.

Eustinah is the Senior Programme Officer for the Public Finance Management portfolio. Prior to this she was a Researcher with the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum. Eustinah holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Politics and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. Eustinah has publications in human rights, transitional justice and politics and governance. Eustinah Janet is experienced with 9 years’ experience in the NGO sector.

Eve Nyemba is a Senior Programmes Officer at ZIMCODD focusing on Domestic Resource Mobilization, Trade Justice and Livelihoods portfolios. She is an experienced researcher, trainer and writer in politics and governance in Africa, international organisation administration, foreign policy analysis and international economic relations, particularly, trade justice, debt management and natural resources governance. She served as a Lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies for 9 years. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Politics and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe.
